As a Consultant on the Accordant Healthcare Analytics Reporting team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the SQL processes and tables used to calculate engagement, operational, and clinical metrics used to measure the performance of various Accordant Care programs. A successful candidate will develop a solid understanding of the Accordant programs, the available healthcare data and draw correlations to the metrics you will be supporting. In this role, you will collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership, various clinical committee members and other CVS Health analytics teams to define new metric specifications then turn them into repeatable processes to be used within client and operational reporting. In addition you will be responsible for supporting various analytic and reporting requests around metric outcomes including annual client Performance Guarantee reports. .

Key Responsibilities include:
* Become the subject matter expert on all engagement, operational and clinical metric methodologies, results and targets
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather new metric objectives and requirements
* Design and create SQL objects and jobs flexible enough to support current and future reporting and analytic requests
* Maintain existing SQL objects; Proactively conduct quality checks on metric results to identify unexpected data changes, system execution issues, or gaps in SQL design such that metrics are not calculating as expected;
* Pull client annual Performance Guarantee reports, partner with account management and clinical operations teams to audit missed metrics, and prepare reports to be shared with external clients
* Provide insights to operations in changes to clinical metrics
* Stay informed with changes to the nursing application and company business changes which will drive changes in the metric data. Collaborate with IT teams to understand all existing data mappings from the Accordant nurse platform as well as provide guidance on defining new data mappings for data used in metric processing
* Keep Metric information and process flow documentation up-to-date.


Required Qualifications
1. A minimum of 1-3 years post graduate SQL programming, data table design, building stored procedures with a solid understanding of relational database structures
2. A minimum of 1-3 years of post-graduate data analysis experience with analytical programming logic in SQL or SAS
3. Experience with Visual Studio, TFS or similar code repository tool
4. Experience in calculating and creating clinical metric outcomes
5. Proven track record of working directly with business partners to understand the business and analytic requirements, present findings and offer solutions
6. Experience working directly with other analysts and IT to design and deliver sound analytic and reporting solutions
7. Excellent problem solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and potential impacts.
8. Effective in documenting systems, processes, test plans, and test results
9. Familiar with project management concepts including communication management, requirements scope management, project plans, and risk management in analytic project.
10. Experience working with project teams responsible for data gathering, requirements analysis, system design, test case development, and results validation
11. Solid organizational skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
12. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and managing to tight contractual deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SQL SSRS or other reporting tools
* Experience in developing dashboards using tools like Tableau

* Bachelor degree in health informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics or other data-related field
* Masters or other advanced degree preferred
