This Supervisor position is at the University of Delaware. As Supervisor, you will assist with inventory; giving out all cashier banks and counting down drawers, making deposits; assist with marketing promotions and signage. Weekly financial paperwork to include verifying daily payroll punches, review weekly sales sheet, verify Campus wide reports with sales reports, verify accounts payable, assisting with food and labor cost, serve as opening manager, supervise floor activities and hourly employees. You will also be resonsible for all Health Inspections.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess two years experience in Food Service with strong supervisory skills. Culinary background, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Computer and some administrative skills are required. Contract-managed service experience is desired. Must be able to work flexible hours.
