General cleaning and upkeep of restrooms within a specific building. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:

Job Duties

Responsible for performing

? Sweep, mop, rinse, scrub and dry floors.

? Vacuum carpets.

? Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces.

? Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, using scouring powder to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls.

? Wash both sides of all toilet seats with soap and water disinfect.

? Damp wipe, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, tile walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles.

? Empty and disinfect all receptacles and sanitary disposals.

? Fill toilet tissue, soap, towel and sanitary napkin dispensers.

? Clean flushometers, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work.

? Vacuum louvers, ventilating grilles and dust light fixtures as required.

Essential Job Functions/Qualifications:

? Must be able to clean 3,500 square feet per hour.

? Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisor.

? Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.

? Previous experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass a drug test
must be able to pass a background check
