Project professional held accountable for successful outcome of the Delaware Child Enforcement Replacement System project. Responsible for overall project management, quality assurance, and contract compliance on behalf of ACS. Works directly with the State Project Manager and the State Project Management Team. Directs and manages all daily project activities to enable achievement of all project goals, timelines and deliverables. Provides or delegates authority for all required negotiation and coordination with the State project management staff, as well as participation in regularly-scheduled project status meetings and emergency meetings, as required. Bears responsibility for implementation of project management plans developed by State staff and for establishment and practice of planning tasks specified in ACS proposal. Empowered to use ACS resources and authorized to both spend the project s budget and to make project decisions. Full-time on-site presence in ACS project office four days per week minimum.

Minimum five years experience in the management of human services systems implementation projects
? Project Management professional (PMP) certification preferred
? Bachelor s degree or equivalent related experience
? In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in project management methodology
? Experience with health and human services preferred
? Additional professional training and designations, desirable
