Key responsibilities include:
Oversees and manages campaign execution to schedule and budget
Works closely with WW Program Managers, Product Mangers, Regional Program Managers and sales team to develop regional strategic marketing plans
Prepares all customer touch points for campaign execution
Primary point of contact for customer facing events; may be asked to act as lead day-to-day contact for cross-program/ business customer events, e.g. tradeshows, road shows, etc
Manages external vendors to complete content development, translation and dissemination
Monitors & reports campaign progress against agreed campaign targets to Program Mgrs; takes corrective action where appropriate
Performs ad hoc activities as required to support program and campaign execution
Adheres to established brand and messaging guidelines
Qualifications: College Education or background in business/marketing, biology, chemistry, or molecular biology
Strong project management, i.e. managing tasks to timeline, keeping multiple work streams running according to schedule, managing dependencies
Vendor management, including ability to manage budget and deliverable production
Understanding of Marcom production requirements across a range of media
Understanding of the needs of diverse channels
General Marcom skills across a range of disciplines (advertising, PR, direct marketing, emarketing, videos, etc)
Proficient PC skills
Knowledge of Spectroscopy and its markets preferred
