As an Addus Director of Patient Care Services working for our banch in Milford, DE, you will:

* Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion
* Provide leadership in the assessment of patients and in the development of a plan of care
* Supervise RN's, LPN s, Therapists, and Home Health Aides in care delivery
* Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Job Requirements

* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in Delaware
* At least three years clinical nursing experience and some supervisory experience - home health experience is necessary
* Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
* Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
* Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
