General Description:
Creates and implements a workforce diversity and inclusion strategy to create a work environment in which our staff are treated fairly and respectfully and have equal access to opportunities and resources. This will include related educational programs, mentoring, assessments, Diversity Scorecard, and partnering with Materials Management to design and launch a Supplier Diversity Program. Leads the system-wide On-Boarding Process.
Education/Other Requirements:
Master s degree in Organizational Development, Training, Industrial/Organizational Psychology highly desirable and or Advanced Certificate in Diversity Management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
